Dr. Yin WANG - Chairman
Dr. Wang is the founder and Chairman of Weikang Bio-Technology Group Co., Inc. Prior to founding the Company, Dr. Wang was Head Surgeon from 1982-2001, and President of Harbin No. 2 Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from 1982-2001. During his time at Heilongjiang Weikang, Dr. Wang successfully led several large-scale R&D projects on Chinese medicine. He was also the Vice Chairman of Heilongjiang Chinese Medicine Association, Director of Preventative Chinese Medicine Food Committee and member of Surgery Branch of Heilongjiang Medicine Academy. Dr. Wang graduated from Harbin Medical University with a degree in Medical Science. He obtained an EMBA degree from Beijing University.

Mr. Baolin SUN - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Sun was appointed CFO of Weikang Bio-Technology Group in June, 2010. He has more than twenty years experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Sun was the Finance Manager and Chief Finance Officer of Guangdong Chaozhou Foreign Business Activity Center from 2005-2010, Head of Finance Department and Manager of Securities Department at Jilin Wuhua Group Co., Ltd. from 1993-2005, and Head of Accounting and Finance Department in Harbin Department Store Company from 1980-1993. Mr. Sun graduated from Dongbei University with a degree in Finance and Economics.

Dr. Zhengbin XU - Chief Technical Officer (Vice President)
Dr. Xu has been Weikang Bio-Technology Group's Chief Technical Officer and Vice President of the Company since 2006. Prior to joining Weikang Bio-Technology Group, Dr. Xu was Deputy General Manager at Harbin Hainan Kangda Cactus Company from 2003-2005, General Manager of Heilongjiang Province Beiyao Technology Development Company from 2000-2003, General Manager of Haci Group project company from 1996-1998, and Factory Manager of Yichun Pharmaceutical Factory from 1987-1990. Dr. Xu graduated from Shenyang Medical College of China with a degree in Pharmaceutical Science.
Dr. Xu has over 40 years of clinical and R&D experience with traditional Chinese herbs and nutrition. He and his R&D team have developed numerous therapeutics including anti-flu granule, cough capsules, and cardiovascular capsules. He has publicly addressed 56 thesis as well as received numerous national awards for his work with Chinese medicine, including the National Science Conference Award for National Herbal Compendium, National Xinghuo Award, Second Prize, for Astragali Radix Tea, Provincial Technological Advancement Award, Fourth Prize, for anti-hepatitis medicine, Provincial Medical Award, Second Prize, for studies on Lonicera japonica, and Provincial Award for Medical Technology Advancement for research on cardiovascular capsules.
Dr Xu was Vice Director of Research and Development of the Chinese Medicine Research Bureau, General Manager of Heilongjiang Province Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd., and Vice President of the Chinese Medical Association.

Mr. Bing WEI - Marketing Director
Mr. Wei serves as Weikang Bio-Technology Group's Marketing Director and has over 20 years of experience working in the Chinese pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Wei was the Deputy General Manager of Sales Department at Harbin Pharm Group Sanjing Pharmaceutical Shareholding Co, Ltd from 1991-1995, Director of Sales Department in Shiyitang Pharmaceutical Factory of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group from 1995-1998 and the Deputy General Manager of Heilongjiang Jintongtai Medical Company Ltd. from 1998-2005. Mr. Wei graduated from Harbin University of Commerce with a degree in Economics.
